Dear Telkom,

My problem is in occurance every 3-5 days. My ADSL line need to be fixed please. Trying to resetting the port with every call i logged is not helping. I asked that you send a technician to investigate the cable connection at my home but nothing. Once call logged a day after receive an sms that service restored. Please I ask that someone attend to this problem. A contact at Telkom report that their is a 53db loss on my line meaning somewhere their is a joined that need to be fixed. Below is the calls i logged starting of november and nothing gets fixed. So please can someone just take ownership of this problem and get it fixed.

As you can see plenty of calls get logged and I've did'nt even bother to log a call on the 28th because of the escalation reported. Still i have no service. Please assist to get this ADSL line fixed.
