We have been experiencing intermittant slow speed on our adsl line since my last report on Hello Peter. I reported the fault online at [URL Removed] only to be told to report it via telephone. Then received another another email from Telkom stating that the fault is resolved. Apparently this 10210 fault reporting is only available office hours and advises you to report the fault online or per sms. I don't want to send an sms because that will not explain the problem. We have a 4 mbps adsl line and use another ISP adsl account at axxess dsl. After numerous calls to Axxess, blaming them for the slow speed, the consultant there had me log in on my router with a telkom guest account and do a speed test. After 2 tests it was clear that the problem on our telkom adsl line, getting an average speed of 5.5 KBPS - Far worse than dial up. This is not acceptable at all. Telkom needs to investigate this immediately. I takes approximitely 1 to 2 minute to open Google. Facebook is a disaster and hangs forever.
