HELLOOO TELKOM, WAKE UP MAN... it is not only about my monthly hire for my ADSL line, it is also about my service provider that I have to pay R2700 per month, while my ADSL line is down. You CAN NOT ask for a refund form a service provider from 27 December 2012 to 15 January 2013 because you don't have Telkom service. Also I HAVE TO use my Vodacom account now as well to get my mail... another bill that will have to be paid extra on the end of the month. My line was first reported on 27 December 2012 Ref#. 746CTK271212. In Hand 28 December and Restored 31 December. I had to report it the very same day 31 December Ref#. 57CTK311212. In Hand 31 December and claimed to be restored 31 December. I struggled with the service until 8 January 2013 Ref#. 1023CTK080113. In hand 8 December and again CLAIMED to be restored 11 January, NO indication form Telkom whatsoever that the line were restored on 11 January. I was shocked to hear today 15 January that the line was restored on 11 January and I had to report it AGAIN for it to be log into the system as a faulty line. I HAD TO take a day off from work to be home, for the technician to fix my line on 11 January, and still it was NOT FIXED.
