I need proper srvice from Vodacom re. my contract

I'm not happy with my phone which I got thru my contract with Vodacom... to be frank, I'm. I upgraded in Feb. 2013 (for a 24 month contract) but my phone has already gone in for a repair and I was told to take it in for repairs again. I can no longer view my inbox messages, I cannot use the WhatsApp link thereon, and I cannot use my internet service.
I have made the store at which I did the upgrade aware of this, and the response I got was that I call customer care, which I did and I was referred back to the store. Now, I don't know what to do but I need some clarity and way forward regarding this unrealiable phone I have via my Vodacom contract. Can someone please help as I cannot deal with this us and down pillar to post reference. PLEASE HELP, I need to have my contract reviewed and a new reliable phone!!!
