ADSL Keeps dropping

On 23 December 2013 I reported that we are experiencing problems with our ADSL line. At this stage my line was with Mweb and they send through a fault report to Telkom.

On 26 December 2013 one of Telkom's technicians came to our premises and replaced all the Telkom wall sockets and filters etc. He tested the line and it synced. After the technician left the ADSL line started to drop again.

On 31 December 2013 my ADSL line was migrated back to Telkom and still the problem persisted.
I have made numerous call to Telkom's call centre and no one seems to know what the problem is.

My SNR Margin specs as follows: Downstream - 5.0db Upstream - 6.0db
My Line Attenuation specs as follows: Downstream - 22.5db Upstream - 9.5db

We are at the point to cancel all our subscriptions with Telkom including the telephone line and going over to some other alternative.

I would like Telkom to send an expert (not a technician that only knows the basics) to come and sort this out. Starting from the Telkom Pole outside our house and testing the problem from there to inside our house.

This is absolutely ridiculous that no one can get this sorted... it is nearly 3 weeks.

Sort it out Telkom!
