I purchased & returned a 7" Samsung tab end Nov 12 but it seems my account was not updated in time as I was debited twice for a product I do not have. Since then I have been in & out of this unorganized pathetic store a several no. of times and have not received a refund to date. My last visit was Tue 29 Jan 13
it is evident that absolutely no actions have been taken to rectify their error
no feedback ever given to me unless I use my very own valuable time going into the store
Yesterday the consultant committed to give me a breakdown of the erroneous debits made against my acc & a total figure of the refund due to me - he did not deliver on this either - no surprise at all!!!

Also in Nov 12 I traded an 8520 BB for a 9320 BB - I asked that all my info be backed up onto the new phone but this was not done. The consultant simply swapped the memory cards and now I continually receive messages stating my sim is full. I complained about this too. The very same consultant took my phone for 5 mins & returned it saying that it should not give me that problem again - well it does still give me the same problem!!!
