I am using my daughter's Hello Peter account to complain about the service that I received from MTN today. I contacted MTN twice today to obtain information on my account. The first time I held on the line for approx 10 minutes, before speaking to a consultant. I did not have my id number on hand and asked the consultant if I could provide my date of birth and any other details that you have for me, who stated that he needed the id no. I called back after getting my id book and eventually spoke to an agent about the cancellation figure on my account (I DO NOT want to cancel, I just want the figure and a breakdown of how same is reached), she advised that she could only give me a rough figure and transferred me to the cancellations dept and I was provided with a second figure. I asked the second consultant to e-mail a breakdown of how the figure was reached and she transferred me to a 3rd person who said that she could not assist and that I should call back. All of this took approx. 30 minutes.

Pathetic service, do not contact me as I am too irate to speak to anyone from MTN, contact my daughter on 084 922 5555 should you wish to communicate & pls e-mail the above breakdown to me
