My husband recently purchased a monitor at a Samsung store in Canal Walk Cape Town, after discovering that the monitor did not have speakers on it he returned the monitor in its original packaging within 7 days and he purchased the product cash. We got to the store round about PM side only to discover that the power cable was not packed in, my husband informed the sales consultant that he forgot the cable and left the slip and the monitor at the store advising the sales consultant that we would like our cash back when we return with the cable. The sales consultant advised us that he will not be there but he will relay the message to another consultant. On our return to the store round about 4.30 side we were told that they do not not have cash at the store and the do banking everyday, which is understandable but the had - 4 hours to get the cash sorted it was easy for them to accept the cash. In any event the sales consultant told us that we will only get the money back by Wednesday, this really made me angry and to top it off the Manager of the store did not even speak to us just went on with what ever he doing. I contacted head office to date nobody has returned my messages..
