6 Months later and still no refund!! PATHETIC

On the 07 January 2013 I activated my Discovery Miles only to have gone to BP Petrol Station and was asked to present a BP Card to get allocated my points. I then contacted Discovery Card to have the amount of R295.00 refunded back to me, the consultant advised me that this request will be forwarded to the relevant department who will advise if I will be entitled to a refund. I called back in February and a consultant advised that they will call me back with feedback. I received a phone call advising the refund will be processed in 7days. I have called back numerous times - in May, June & July, in total 8 times was recorded on your system. When I called again, I was advised that the refund was requested again and I the received a telephone call advising that payment will reflect in my account in 7 working days. Each time I was advised that my refund has been escalated to the next level. I have since also requested an email to advised as to why my refund has not been processed and to date no email was received. Let alone my refund has not been processed and I advised the consultant that I want my money interest before the close of business yesterday, 09 July 2013.
