I have upgraded my Vodacom contract at end of December 2012 and took out a Samsung Y-Pro handset. Since I received the phone it gave me numerous problems. I took it back and explained the problem and requested another handset. The consultant said that they could not replace the phone and I then asked to speak to the store manager who took in my phone and sent it away for assessment. On return of phone it still persisted and I returned it a 2nd time, it was sent away for a 2nd time and when I requested a loan phone, they were reluctant to give me one and on insistence I received a very basic phone which wasn't the equivalent of my handset, but they were not prepared to give me another. The phone was sent away to the manufacturer and still didn't work, and it was sent back a 3rd x. Since that time the phone still gives me endless problems. I haven't taken the phone back because of the poor service I received at the store. My contract comes to an end in December of this year and I feel that I am paying for a service that I'm not receiving because of the endless problems with the handset. Not sure if my issue is with Vodacom, Samsung or Game. Please HELP, FRUSTRATED!
