I returned the blender and it was received at the Cape Town Depot on Thursday morning (29 Aug). (My husband and I returned goods simultaneously). His account was credited and updated that Saturday. To date I have phoned every day regarding my account being credited (Because its a of a lot of money) and for my postage to be refunded and my account to be updated, but I have received only the run around. Every consultant has given me a the info that "The blender is at the CT Depot" - I KNOW THIS. I AM THE ONE WHO FOLLOWED THE TRACKING - but what no one can tell me is, when my account is going to be updated. "It follows a process" "We have made a note on your account for the Depot to scan your blender" etc etc. One consultant said "by Wednesday at the latest". The previous consultant said "within 2 days". The first one said withing 5 business days. Do they all get trained with a different manual? Unimpressed. I am hesitant to even make another purchase, for fear of sending an item back and getting the same service run around. Was my husband just lucky? 7 phone calls and 3 emails later.. nothing.
