Im utterly disappointed in the pathetic service that im currently receiving from the MTN store in norwood regarding my blackberry 9900.
On numerous occasions ive sent my handset in for repairs from the time ive purchased it.
This is what happened: I originally booked the phone in for first time round with issues like the handset freezing and it never allowed me to use the keypad functions or touch screen.
I waited about a month and then received a refurbished handset which worked well for a few months then started to give me the very same problems I had the first time round... I then made another visit to the store, I waited a really long time and was told that due to the severity of the phone problems it had been escalated to another repair centre.
After about two months of waiting I receive another refurbished handset, given to me by the store... which refused to stay on longer than a few minutes, Irrespective of how long it charged or how many batteries were swapped out.
After sending numerous emails to the store manager MICHELLE MEYER, she said she would speak to management as this was unacceptable, and that she would request a new handset to be swaped out, I found
