Yesterday I was phoned by Zenzo, a sales consultant of vodacom regarding a upgrade for my phone. I ordered the Blackberry under the impression that LTE will be included in the package. I was assured that this will be included and asked the consultant to phone me @ 13:00. I wasted my time waiting for the call and was eventually called around 13:35. People have things to do and cannot sit around waiting for a sales consultant to call them! Atfer this, the consultant advisede that the LTE will not be included and I advised that I will not be going with the new contract. Around 14:00 I realised that my messages is not going through and that the consultant probably swiched off my current BIS service. I e-mailed the consultant and she responded by saying it is my phone that is the problem and not the BIS. I removed my battery three times and the problem persisted. I phoned again and spoke to a consultant namely Sergio September (which was very friendly and provided good service) and assisted in this matter. He advised that my BIS was swiched off and that I needed to re-activate this! And after all the incovenience they CHARGED ME 59.00 TO ACTIVATE SOMETHING I ALREADY PAID!!! PATHETIC!!!
