DISGUSTING service towards Brand new client!!!

I enquired 2 weeks ago about opening a brand new contract with Vodacom. From the first information received I got incorrect info as nothing was mentioned about a R105 connection fee to be paid in store. I walked into the store at N1 City with all the documentation as required & when I didn't have cash on me got strange looks from the consultant. Then I returned to the store two hours later (same lady not recognising me) telling me a whole new story & how the full installation amount would go off my bank account within 24 hours of signing & again on the 25th. I then returned to the store on Friday past, only to the exact same consultant not knowing who I am, and saying in front of me another consultant can assist me. Not bothered I signed & paid and asked the question when will I be able to use my new S3 phone?? once the connection fee has come off my bank account all is activated & within 24 hours!!! I return to the store on Sunday with still no use of the phone or activation only to find out "for some reason " the request wasn't sent through?? they will call me back, to date im still waiting for a call back, activation of phone & copy of contract!!! best to cancel??
