MORE billing errors on my account!

I am currently on a contract with Vodacom and this is the FOURTH error which has been made on my account in the last few months, naturally, I have been overcharged once again. My contract is R500.00 per month (for my mobile as well as 3G) and yet this month, I have been charged an amount of R702.77. With previous errors made such as this, Vodacom merely said that I HAD gone over my contract i.t.o data (which, by the way is CAPPED and thus is soft locked once data has been used up so this is NOT even a remote possibility) and refused to reimburse the amounts. This is a tiring process which happens every other month. I expect a response as well as an actual RESOLUTION to this as a matter of urgency. Extremely disappointed, yet again.
