Vodacom
Carry over data

I have a question, and complaint at the same time.
I have a 2GB data contract with Vodacom for roughly a year and I find lots of people have the same problem that I have with them. The data that is carried over is used only after you have depleted all of the current months data. I understand it is part of "Business Rule" that it happens this way.
What happens when they say the data can be carried over for an entire month after the month it has been allocated. You essential are forced to use all the data that month before you can access the carried over data.
They say for the full 24 month contract you may carry over each months data to the next, but by locking the previous months carried over data, you can only carry over 12 months of data to the next month, because to use the previous months data you have to deplete the current months data, leaving you with out the possibility of carrying over to the next month. So they are wrong by saying you can carry over your data.
If you carry over data this month and want to us that carried over data, then you have to deplete the current months data, leaving you without anything to carry over to the following!
Company: Vodacom
