Yet MORE errors on my bill!

This will be the THIRD time I have needed to lay a complaint against Vodacom within a four month period. First I was overcharged (two months in a row) with huge bills amounting to approximately R3000.00 (keeping in mind my contract was LOCKED and is only worth R450.00 per month) due to billing errors on their part. Now they have overcharged me once more and have locked all of my data, phone calls and SMS's (which I have not used as yet) as well as sending me delayed invoices. I am so disappointed with this service, or lack thereof, as once again, I have been overcharged and quite frankly, been ripped off. After being a Vodacom customer for so many years I am completely fed up. This is especially considering that NO ONE responded to my last complaint. Unacceptable.
