I had an outstanding account on my data contract (2 GB data pm) of ~R1600 for the month of July and was soft capped. I asked for it to be locked at R0 after bundle but apparently you cannot do this after 7 MONTHS have passed. How idiotic is this?! They simply want you to pay more and more. When they offered me itemised billing so i can see the amount of data used they told me it would cost me yet again per month! Anyway, this was paid on the 1st of August. I then proceeded to check periodically on my online account to prevent another situation like this. End August my total bill showed R99. I was debited today for another ~R1600, which was NOWHERE REFLECTED ON my online BILL. Vodacom must be the most useless account department I have ever seen. They will debit any amount as they see fit from you account and you have no power over it. I WILL NEVER USE VODACOM AGAIN. I hope they see this and realise how they are screwing their customers over. MONEY HUNGRY corporate company.
