SICK AN TIRED!!! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Im sick and tired of your poor service. I have been a client with you since 2010..and upgraded in October 2012 for my first upgrade. I took the Nokia Lumia 610 with Xtreme Data Premium. I have proof that I spoke to an consultant in October that confirmed my xtreme data was activated. They even went through the steps telling me how to setup the xtreme data on my phone. (B.T.W my phone didnt connect on the internet before the Xtreme data was setted up!) In the beginning of December I recieved a call from accounts saying my outstanding balance for November was over R5000! And when I queried it..The only answer I recieved was "AIRTIME" ..amounts of data used between the 20th and 30th ranged from R500 to R900 a day..with my phone having XTREME DATA..and I queried it the WHOLE OF DECEMBER RECIEVING NO ANSWER..finally beginning of January I got an answer..it was "your xtreme data was only activated on the 6th of December, Bethlehem Nasua Mobile sended that query and that was early January..and still I havent heard anything.my phone is blocked and I can do nothing with it now.

So I am sick and tired of this! I think the news papers might like this story. Please do something about this
