I called to find out why my iPhone 5 doesn't give me the option to have LTE enabled. After many calls or been sent from pillar to post. I spoke to a Team Leader on Friday and was told that it was a setting that needed to be enabled onto my Sim card. This would be done and it will be sorted. That was on Friday and to date nothing was done. I then called again today and asked what was going on? I was then told that sorry cellphones don't have LTE yet on them because there isn't enough coverage. I mean, really?? Surely like with all the other networks, when there is not LTE coverage you only have 3G? What a poor excuse and also to be told one thing, then nothing gets done and to be told another thing. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service or level of knowledge...
