I put a complaint on Hallo Peter a month ago about my data bill for data i did not use on my voice contract and still vodacom just ignores my request to sort out my data. i have not received a call at all. I don't know what to do anymore. i am still sitting without my data and voice account as both are suspended even though i had limits on my account, my account went way over the limit that was set on my account firstly secondly my accounts were soft locked so i could not spend more on any of them but according to vodacom i used a huge amount of data on a sim that is used for voice only and is in a cheap phone that can't even do data and was soft locked. I PUT IN THIS CLAIM BEGINNING OCTOBER 2013 I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL IT IS JANUARY 2014 STILL NOTHING... WHAT DO I NEED TO DO? PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR FOOD OUT OF YOUR MOUTH.
