I've been a Vodacom customer for 15 years and preferred to have my data contract at the same company.

I purchased a 2GB 2GB night owl contract from the V&A Waterfront Vodashop for R149. I specifically asked whether the contract was capped and the sales person assured me that it was. A few months later I noticed that each month R207 has been deducted from my bank account. Vodacom eventually rectified this. Every month the same amount was claimed, until I got a R3020 draw on my bank account, which I subsequently reversed. Vodacom says it's for data usage. My contract has since been suspended for three months and Vodacom is not willing to resolve the matter. I went back to the same Vodashop as a potential customer and asked a different sales lady whether their data contracts are capped - again they claim that data contracts are capped, except if otherwise specified. How many mistakes are Vodacom going to make on this account?! You obviously have technical issues, but prefer to blame the customer. If not resolved urgently, you will see more than one account closed.
