I DID A CELLPHONE UPGRADE ON LINE ON THE WITH KHUMBUZILE ON THE 19 SEPTEMBER 2013 AND WE AGREED ON SMART S PACKAGE FOR R150.00 ONCE OFF FEE AND R299.00 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR 24MONTHS. TO MY SURPRISE FIRST MONTH THE CHARGED R4391.11 AS A ONCE OFF FEE AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THAT THEY SAID THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND AS WELL THEY WILL DO A SERVICE REQUEST AND GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HRS. TWO MONTHS LATER AND AFTER SPEAKING TO 5 TEAM LEADERS FROM DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS I.E. S'THEMBELO FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, KEITUMETSI FROM AFTER SALES, KHOMO FROM CANCELLATIONS, PRECIOUS FROM ONLINE UPGRADES AND PETRONELLA FROM ACCOUNTS AND COLLECTIONS. I STILL GET "WILL DO A SERVICE REQUEST AND EXCALLATE THE PROBLEM AND GET BACK TO YOU", IN THE MEAN TIME AM GETTING SMS'S ON HOW AM OWING AND MY LINE WILL BE DISCONNECTED. I MEAN REALLY NOW, HOW DO YOU DEMAND MONEY U DON'T KNOW HOW IS OWED TO YOU AND WHY CHARGE PEOPLE FOR THINGS THEY DIDN'T AGREE ON TO BEGIN WITH?
