Vodacom ignores my upgrade woes :'(

I have had numerous issues with Vodacom in the past 3-4 months. Since my upgrade in July 2013 I have experienced poor service in terms of contract cancellations and contract upgrade queries. I took out a new contract erroneously online but cancelled it within 24 hours only to find out that I'm still being billed for it each month. I have a service request (S3-t072q-q-w22e) which has not been resolved since the start of September 2013.
Then I did the upgrade online and received my new Samsung Galaxy S4 many days later as the courier company did not give consideration to my instructions (away from office due to leave). In the next few months I noticed ridiculously high cell phone bills (apart for the cancelled contract billing). Upon enquiring the reason for my ridiculous cell phone bill I discovered that I have not been moved to the new contract that was part of my upgrade and as a result was being billed for data usage as per my old contact. I've raised a service request for this on the 4 Oct 2013 (S3-T3086-6E28) and to date have received no correspondence from Vodacom. Very disappointed with their turn around time and service since my upgrade.
