Illegal billing and overbilling

I know I am wasting my time as Vodacom do not care that they have the highest complaints on this site but I want people to know what Vodacom do and to be aware. I have been having an issue with Vodacom overbilling me for months. I have been charged "sim insurance" for over 24 months now (I never signed up for it) - they have agreed to credit me - waiting over 2 months for the credit. I signed up for a contract for R 279 per month, at the end of the the 24 month they increased by subscription by a further R 70 per month. Nowhere on the contract that I signed did it say that this would happen and when I asked them to show me on my contract where this is stipulated, they evaded the question and still won't answer it however they agreed to refund 7 months of this overbilling - that was 2 months ago - still waiting. I have stupidly upgraded with Vodacom to a Smart S Package (R299 per month including a Samsung S4 mini) - this includes 200 meg data and 200 sms's - on my October bill they are charging me for data and sms's over and above the contract price and they are then charging VAT on the R299 - the advertised price of the contract is R299 incl VAT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!
