I have been contacted by Rylan on Aug 01st for a ZTE Tablet. I informed him that I am due for an upgrade and didn't want a new contract as I have 3. He and said that I can't upgrade with the ZTE. I wanted a Tablet so I agreed to the new line. He sold me a Top-up package for R109pm, but their records show that I have an OPEN-LINE! MISREPRESENTATION!! Spoke to Thapelo Mokape whom the matter was escalated to on the13th of August. He listened to the sales call and confirmed that I was misrepresented. My package was to be amended and TO DATE NOTHING WAS DONE.IT IS OVER A MONTH AND NO FEEDBACK. I am LIVID. I am emailing the Consumer Protector and the Ombudsman as no one at Cell C is COMPETENT enough to sort out this mess. If a single cent is debited from my account I will have a go at your CEO. I also did a sim swap after my one cellphone was and the CSD agent confirmed that it will be free of charge. To my dismay I was debited R100 for that too. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and the contract terminated. I have requested cancellation in the 5 day cooling-off period and all I heard was that the matter was escalated. I DEMAND FEEDBACK BEFORE COB or I shall seek other media platforms too!
