Online upgrade is free - thats what your T&C's say

On the 27th September I upgraded 2 contracts via Vodacom's online service. The phones were duly delivered to me and the I was invoiced for the 2 upgrades via invoices dated the 30th September. As we had to do a SIM swap, I tried to do this over the phone but I was told my account was in arrears? How is this possible? My account is paid via a debit order thru Investec each and every month in full. In the box sent to me is a copy of Vodacom's T&C's and it clearly says "This is a free service", if you are unhappy with this service, we will give you a months subscription for free. Well Vodacom I am insulted by your lack of service, the attitude of your staff and I am insulted by your assertion my account is in arrears. I demand a refund of the upgrade charges and a subscription credit for both phones (per your T&C's)

In addition I am owed a credit for at least 24 months BBM service as the phone in use was a Samsung galaxy S2. Plus you are charging me for a Vodafone service I never asked for and which I cannot unsubscribe, plus a R6 pd SMS service which was never agreed. You people are going to refund all of this and apologise for your poor attitude and service.
