Money!

So got a call from WA to say my usages are excessive which is fine and then got told my account is gonna get cut which is fine, so not long after the call my account go cut and my adsl isn't working. Now as far as I'm concerned, I already payed for the last few days of the month. So now you own me money for the rest of the month service that I'm not getting. On top of that, they want me to pay for december aswell, I dont understand how you can bill me for a service you cut me from and then expect me to pay for it. I want my money back!
