A fault was reported on my business line via the Telkom SMS reporting facility. A feedback SMS was received 5 minutes later with a reference number. Not holding my breath, I seriously expected a couple of days without a business landline or ADSL facilities. A couple of hours later a technitian arrived and after 15 minutes we were up and running again - well done Telkom and the technical department.
