Vodacom's inability to dispatch upgrades

I've been waiting almost 4 weeks for my Cellphone upgrade to be delivered. First I'm told it was on backorder. Eventually I called, and was referred through about 6 departments, from a. Accounts, b. New Contracts. C. Cancellations e. New Upgrades f. Customer Satisfaction survey to which I replies 0 = Bad service to all options.

I then called again... this time I was put on hold for 8 minutes until the call was dropped.

I then went unto the online chat portal where a gent assisted... not much help there either.

All I wasn to know is where my upgrade is. It was sent to RAM Couriers in Durban on the 13th Jan, 15h of Jan RAM Couriers queried with Vodacom what the contact number for the recipient is, and they were unable to get feedback from Vodacom. This resulted in the phone being sent back and NOW there's no one who seems to know what's going on.

BAD EXPERIENCES OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
