The response below is to a query I had regarding a charge for a roaming call made 2 months ago, My 2nd query has not been addressed (which is why my account is not reflecting credit for calls and SMSs not used while the phone was switched off for almost the whole of September while I was abroad).

Meanwhile Vodacom wants me to send a whole lot of paperwork (see below) and still CHARGE ME to query their charges? Don't we pay enough already?

As per our telephonic conversation you have confirmed that we investigate your query and provide feedback. Our records reflect the charge of R63.45 is for a call that was made to your voicemail on 15/09/2013 at 20:42.

Should you need to please forward us a copy of your Id and a signed letter in order for us to forward you the itemised bill.

The signed letter must include the below:

oLetter must have a current date
o Fax number/e-mail address/Postal address
o Applicable cell phone number
o Vodacom Account number
o Payment method
o Name of Account Holder
o Date range of requested itemised bill
o Letter must be signed

Please remember that there is a once off request charge of R22.80.
