At the end of March, I changed my account from a Talk 240 to the new RED VIP all inclusive package. On the 3rd of May 2013 my new monthly charge was not only the R1999 for the RED VIP, but also another R1400. I made an enquiry on the 4th of May about that, and they said that I have to pay R22 for an itemised account. I refused, seeing that they already deducted an extra R1400 from my account. The very helpful lady said she understood and she logged a request for them to not charge me this, and said that they will contact me on the Monday/Tuesday with regards to my query. To this date I have not heard back from them.

I phoned them again today, on 15 May 2013. the woman on the phone had a look and explained that I was charged for all sorts of Premium sms' that I sent, which I never did!! And now again, I must pay for the itemised bill.

I find this unacceptable, and I will definately tell everyone I know about this and not renew my contract with Vodacom!!!
