I received my Vodacom invoice on Thursday 7 Feb 2013. As my bill is exceptionally high, I phoned 111 for Vodacom Customer service and requested that a ONCE OFF itemised bill be emailed to me. I was informed that it will cost me R29, which is not a problem. At the end of the call, the lady told me that my itemised bill has been sent to my voicemail. I immediately said that I do not want it on voicemail, I want it on email. She just said that it has already been sent.
After approx 30min I had not received any voicemail. I phoned again. The new lady informed me that the 111 service can only send it to my voicemail (something the previous lady DID NOT tell me) and that I must fax Vodacom a letter, accompanied by my ID) that I want the itemised bill sent to my email. I was also informed that I will be charged again.
I am STILL WAITING FOR THE VOICEMAIL... hence I have also not received my itemised bill... I am NOT prepared to pay again for something I have not received, and which was not explained to me properly.
All I want is my latest itemised bill for my data account. Is that so much to ask???
