I submitted a request for itemised billing online, and after not receiving my itemised account but being billed for the service of it, I went online again to see what ha happened, and found my account was now blocked online, and the website had an error report when you even try to "reset password" to find out why the account is blocked online. I called the customer care line. They said they would resend it to me, and would charge me for it (again!). I asked them to send it to my email address, and they said I would have it within 24 hours. Four days later I still didn't have it and called again. They said this time they would definitely send it to me, and I had a reference number and contact person, and she told me they would resubmit the request and charge me (again!). I told her I refuse to pay for the same service three times, when not one of my bills has even come through, and the service of emailing it to me costs them nothing, yet they want to charge me R18 per request submitted. I STILL don't have my itemised bill, after another 2 days of waiting, and will have to call again tomorrow to request my bill - what does it take?? NOT HAPPY with MTN!!!
