I am very unhappy with the service I have received from Vodacom, I took out a contract with them in 2012, I noticed that they deducted a debit order of R1600.00 from my account, this was strange to me as I was not using the sim card at the time. I queried this with them and asked that they provide me with a statement so that I could see what this large deduction was for, to date same has not been received, after numerous requests. I stopped the debit order from going off of my account. Since then Vodacom keep contacting me to request payment, however I do not feel that I should be held liable for this payment when they cannot even provide me with the statement they are charging me for.
