I am so disappointed in the manner that I have been treated by Vodacom, I cannot wait for my contract to come to an end, because this is not the way to treat your customers, I have been paying my Vodacom account every month, all of a sudden my line gets locked, I contacted Vodacom, I was than informed that I dint pay my account for the month of August, I have faxed through the proof of payment, under the impression that everything would than be sorted, just for my line to be locked again, my proof of payment was also emailed to Vodacom in October, but nothing came from that as well, i finally phoned them again, where they''ve advised me again to fax the proof of payment to them, up until today cannot use my blackberry, I have no benefit of the contract, I will fully understand if I didn't pay my account, but I did and I have the proof, for more than 3 months it's been going on like this and I cannot take it anymore, I have insurance on that line, if my phone get lost or, the insurance is not gonna cover me because of the account that shows in arrears, I'm being listed as a slow payer on the bureau because of this account, can someone please assist me, because I'm done phoning
