I upgraded my existing Cell C contract to a BlackBerry Z10 and received the handset on 15 November 2013. When I started using the phone it did not meet my expectations as I was not told by the sales agent that I would need to purchase data bundles to use the internet services. At that point, I realized that I could not maintain the phone and wanted to return the handset for a different phone with Cell C. On the 19 of November 2013, I sent through a letter and called the call center who transferred me from department to department. I put through a request for the handset to be collected and whilst speaking to the agent, he hung up on me after saying that the phone will be collected in 3 days. I called through again on 25 November to check how far my request had gone only to realize that it was not even logged in the 1st place. Every time I call, I am being put through from department to department without any constructive help at all. All I want is for the handset to be collected so that I can get another one from Cell C. I don't want to cancel the contract, I just want another phone that is more economical. Very disappointed indeed. I am still within my 7 day cancellation period.
