I owed Vodacom R4208 and paid it off in May 2013. The balance then amounted to R0.00. I faxed the proof of payment on the same day of payment. The next statement had a balance of R0 in June 2013. In July and August the bill was R100 and R200 respectively. I phoned the call centre and went to a vodacom branch in Cresta Mall, but nothing has been done. Vodacom can't find my account and cell number on their system, but they continue to bill me every month. I still have the proof of payment which I showed to a vodacom consultant at vodacom Cresta. He said that he will sort it out and call me the next day... its been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for his call. How do you bill an account that is fully paid up??? This is preventing me from being granted a home loan.
