ACCOUNT PAID UP TO DATE - BUT SAY ARREARS

I HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH VODACOM FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS NOW, REGARDING PAYMENT. MY CONTRACT IS R158-00 PER MONTH AND I PAY R160-00 CASH DEPOSIT TO VODACOM VIA THE BANKS... I DID A DEPOSIT ON THE 2ND FEBRUARY AT STD BANK WESTWOOD MALL, THE TELLER CHANGED THE ACCOUNT AND PROCESSED IT TO MY OLD ACC NUMBER, I HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH VODACOM EVER SINCE, I DAT FAXED, EMAILED AND SENT THRU THE PRROF OF PAYMENT, BUT TILL NOW ITS NOT PROCESSED. I HAVE BEEN SPEAKING TO ALOT OF CONSULTANTS AND SUPERVISORS, THEY ENSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE SORTED WITHIN 6 WORKING DAYS, COZ IT GOES THROUGH ANOTHER DEPT, BUT NO POSOITIVE RESULTS, EVERY MONTH SAME STORY, THEN THEY CONNECT MY LINE, NOW THEY SAYING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS AGEN AND THAT VODACOM HAS A NEW LAW THAT PAYMENT MUST BE PAID IN BEFORE THE 1ST OF THE MONTH, SO I MADE PAYMENT ON THE 28 APRIL 2013. TODAY 07 MAY 2013, MY LINE IS SUSPENDED AGAIN!!!
IM GETTING SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO GO THRU THE SAME THING EVERY MONTH, I WANT IS PAYMENT TO BE PROCESSED, COZ IN THE END ITS AFFECTING ME AND MY CREDIT STATUS, AND IM NOT WILLING TO MAKE AN EXTRA PAYMENT...
