Vodacom
Requesting payment for something already paid!!!

This has been going on since 05/04/2013 where I keep receiving calls from Vodacom asking me to pay an amount that is outstanding as well as interest that they have added in the mean time. My account details were changed and I saw that the debit order did not go off my account as it was to like every month. So I paid the amount via EFT and sent Vodacom the proof of payment. They said they received the proof but the money was not reflecting. I contacted the bank and Vodacom again and they confirmed that the banking details I paid into were correct. I am being harassed and threatened to be handed over if I do not make payment. The payment has been made and the proof Faxed and Emailed many times. Hi-Cel Delmas also faxed it to Vodacom and they confirmed they received the proof. I was also informed that this would be corrected. It has not been and I was called today 23/05/2013 yet again. What is going on? I want my account and my name cleared as I don't owe Vodacom any money.
