My contract expired in October. Somebody phoned me regarding a upgrade. It all sounded great. But I then changed my mind. I never received the phone. Nor signed anything regarding the upgrade. I got a bill today for R 928.00. for the charges for my new contract. When I phoned and complained, they said to me, i still get airtime, and according to them, i upgraded. I am not going to pay this monies to them. I need a credit on my account. I do not want to upgrade or have anything to do with virgin mobile anymore.
