ACCUSED OF BEING IN ARREARS

I am an angry customer of Vodacom. I have been using Vodacom for the last 7 years and I am seriously disappointed in how they have treated me recently. In fact, I am considering stopping my contract and moving to another network. I phoned the vodacom call centre on Saturday and I was told that i was in arrears and I paid the account on Friday at Nedbank, Festival Mall. On Monday I phoned again and they told me the same story again that i was in arrears that I haven't paid my account for September 2012. I looked for proof of payment and i found it as i keep records now since I was accused last year September that i did not pay when I had paid but lost my proof of payment. I am constantly being accused of not paying when I always pay my account with Vodacom. I am constantly being double-charged. I am sick of this. I do not have money lying around to throw away all the time. Please I demand compensation for all this drama. I'm a loyal vodacom user to an extent that i had 2 contracts with Vodacom.
