Good day,

I have a contract with 8ta that has not been working corectly for 6 weeks now, I have tried for the last 13 days to get help from 8ta, but nothing. All that I am getting is that my issue had been escalated to the correct department. I am also told to fill in countless form etc, with my personal details, all of which 8ta have.

The elp I got from the telkom direct store in Montana was also useless! Now I am being told to find a store that would be willing to help me!!!

8ta have broke the contract that they had with me in not supplying me with a service that I pay for!!

Please help me with this!
