No signal in Fairmount/Glenhazel-JHB

I have informed Ntombi (Escalations dept.) that there is no signal in a few parts of Fairmount/Glenhazel, JHB.
Absolutely nothing has been done about it at all... I have been trying to call her for the past few days but there has been no answer... I demand feedback on this matter urgently!!!
