Just now I called Telkom Mobile to change the account my debit order goes off from. After the whole spiel the agent told me that I must go into a branch as per her manager and fill in a form. I told her I will cancel my contract... her answer oh ok!!!

The CEO say he does not understand why people's perception of Telkom does not change!! HELLLOOO. Lets start at customer service!

WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF BRAIN DEAD PEOPLE!!!

PS. THE SIGNAL IN MY AREA BIG TIME. STAY AWAY FROM TELKOM MOBILE. THE PROMISSED TO UPGRADE THIS AREA IN 2013. DO YOU THINK THAT HAPPENED!!!
