Poor Service!! - Cancellations Department!

My 8ta data contract expired and I went to Telkom mobile store at Vaal Mall on the 1st of October to cancel my contract and i was asked to fill in a cancellation form which i did. The form was then faxed to the cancellation department. The guy at the store gave me the fax report showing me it was successful. I called the call centre a week later to find out how far they are with my cancellation and they told me it would take 20 days - MY CASE NUMBER IS 6853198. I called again after 20 working days and i was told that my cancellation form was never received so they closed the case and that i should email the cancellation form to [Email Removed] which i did. I called the call centre again today and all they could tell me was that "it's still in the process" -SINCE THE 1ST OF OCTOBER!!! Did not expect this kind of service from Telkom! Very Poor!
