8ta/Telkom Mobile are Pathetic and Useless

After my initial contract with 8ta I could not wait for the contract to end. Then Marco Gallant from selldirect - 8ta's outsourced selling company, phoned me to renew my contract and promised me things would be different. I gave in as he was extremely believable. My contract was R78 per month Top Up with a Samsung Galaxy Pocket. Needless to say, come billing time and amounts or R700, R360, R494 are withdrawn off my account. Query with selldirect and I cannot get to speak to Marco Gallant even though he gave me his"direct" number. Am told by selldirect that I have to go through 8ta. Phone 8ta (pathetic) and am told to go to an 8ta store. Go to an 8ta store only to be told to go to selldirect! Unbelievable. NOONE WILL / CAN HELP. They are all parrots that learn what they must do off by heart and any deviation from the "script" and they are at a loss as to what to do or to say.
I DO NOT WANT THIS PHONE OR THIS CONTRACT. I completed (after much persuasion) a cancellation form at the 8ta branch at N1 City in Cape Town. This was faxed to heavens knows where by the Telkom consultant on 4 June (today). I want answers please and now please by an educated person would help.
