Outraged about the lack of service ethics

I called Vodacom about a fault with my data bundle purchase and that I did not receive the megabytes. I talked to a customer care consultant about the problem and she kept trying to prove me wrong and hammering on words or phrases that I get wrong and catch me out as if I am lying. She also kept provoking me and taking fun in angering me further. I constantly had to take a breath and calm down. I kept stating the problem and not once did she think to acknowledge that it could be a technical fault. She transfered me to a manager or supervisor that picked up the phone and then cut me off. I called in again and spoke to Lebogang that then helped me, Lebogang delivered the best service a have ever had. He referred me to technical and now I am waiting for a call from them. Nomusa Thungul was NOT helpful.
