I applied for a 3G contract, which was approved. Upon collecting the device on 9 November, the contract fee on your systems was incorrect, R149p/m x 24 months as opposed to R129p/m over 24 months which is what I had signed for. The incorrect fee could not be resolved the same day for whatever reason the company may give. I was told that I can take the device home and I will be contacted on Monday 11 November to advise of the contract price being amended to the correct amount. I have not been contacted. I have tried calling the store and the phone rings endlessly. Will I have to run up and down, as I did the day I collected the device, in order to resolve this when I am billed the incorrect fee? How much more time should I waste trying to contact your store for feedback? I should have received a response as I was told I would... very disappointed in your service delivery
