On 27 August I call the customer call centre and requested that my data bundle be upgraded. The person explained that they first needed to remove the old data bundle and then load the new data bundle. It should be resolved within an hour. Shortly after the call I received 2 sms's confirming what the operator said. on 29 August I realised that the data bundle is not loaded and that I am using airtime for my data. I called the call centre and from the word go started getting bad service. was transferred to the accounts section where the lady told me that I was wrong and the data was not loaded on the 27th, but only on the 29th. Every time I tried to explain to her the situation she talked me dead and did not give me time to talk. I then insisted to speak to the manager or supervisor who was not much more help. again I was made to feel that I was wrong. This is the worst service that I have had from Vodacom ever.
